Yvette Likes School

“Yvette Likes School” is a book that promotes reading and learning for elementary students. It addresses issues that students may encounter in school. With our changing world, new concepts and ideas have become standard today. For example, paper and pencil tests are becoming obsolete. The themes in the book include family values, learning, and diversity. Originally, the project was to be a series of books with very short stories for very young readers. Somehow, it developed into one book for upper elementary students, also it can be read to younger students. Even though it is fiction, it is based on my now adult, talented, and gifted granddaughter, when she was in early elementary school. She was very bright and curious back then, and she still is. I ran across other bright students who helped me with character development. They were all included as motivation for writing the book, “Yvette Likes School.” Don’t forget to purchase your copy to see why Yvette likes school, and a review will be greatly
appreciated.
